THE BLUEWATER RIGGING LTD TEAM
-

Andrew MacDonald
Andrew MacDonald moved to Vancouver from Kingston, Ontario in 1997. His work, however, took him all across the eastern seaboard of the US, commissioning new yachts as they were delivered to various port cities. Through this work, Andrew gained vast experience in marine servicing, which later lead to the founding of Bluewater Rigging in 1999. In the years since then, Bluewater has grown to be one of the most reliable yacht servicing company in Western Canada thanks to Andrew’s continuing hard work
Colin Truesdell
Originally from Kingston, Ontario, Colin found great interest in boating as a child growing up by the water. In 1997, Colin moved to BC and soon turned his love for boating into a career, one that he is very passionate about. Being in the marine industry for the last 10 years, Colin has acquired a vast knowledge of all the aspects of boating, from sales and customer service, to the installation/integration of marine systems.
Matthew Morgan
Matthew Morgan was born in Toronto, but soon moved to England where he spent his adolescent years. Growing up by the ocean, Matt developed an interest for marine work and began his wooden boat building apprentice in Bristol. He specialized in this craft for six years before moving to Vancouver in 2000. Originally starting with production boat building, Matt came to Granville Island a year later where he began repair and custom building. Matt cites woodwork and fiberglass as his specialty.
Tom Cox-Rogers
Thomas Cox-Rogers grew up in the isolated community of Prince Rupert, BC. While it may be way up north, the town is right on the water and is known as a boating community, which allowed Thomas to become familiar with the marine industry from a young age. After high school, Thomas enrolled in Northwest Community College and began his apprenticeship with Bluewater Rigging. He is currently three years into his program.
Daniel Mokrzycki
Daniel Mokrzycki is another local to Prince Rupert. After high school, Daniel worked as a roofer for over a year. He later relocated to the small coastal community of Oona River to be an engineering assistant within the forestry industry. In between work, Daniel is actively involved in the snowboarding scene, and has won several competitions throughout BC. He moved to Vancouver in February 2011, and started his tenure at Bluewater Rigging a few months later.
